Troubleshooting
A payment complement does not match the parent invoice balance, tax, or payment chain.
Payment complements must preserve the SAT balance chain for the parent invoice.
The payment amount, outstanding balance, parent total, tax base, installment number, or parent match detail did not line up with the parent invoice and prior payments Lambda knows about.
If Lambda stamped the payment with the wrong balance, SAT could reject the complement or the parent invoice would have an incorrect payment history.
The note may show expected and received values. Lambda needs the parent invoice total, prior payment sequence, payment amount, tax detail, and remaining balance to agree.
When Lambda has matching evidence, the workspace may show Retry reconcile. If there are still mismatches, the note remains until the next received document or ledger evidence matches.
