Troubleshooting

Parent stamp ID missing

A child document needs the parent invoice stamp ID before it can continue.

Payment complements and some credit notes must reference the stamped parent invoice.

What Lambda saw

The child document referenced a parent invoice, but Lambda did not have a verified parent stamp ID for that parent.

Why stamping paused

SAT requires child CFDIs to reference the parent CFDI UUID. Lambda pauses when that UUID is missing, unverified, or conflicts with the parent record Lambda knows.

What evidence is needed

Lambda needs the parent invoice to be stamped and the parent stamp ID to match the parent document used by the child invoice.

What Lambda can do next

If the parent invoice is still in progress, Lambda waits. If review is available, confirm the parent stamp evidence before continuing with the child document.
