Failure Review

Invoices in failed or system error states need review before Lambda can safely stamp or continue delivery.

When this happens

• Facturapi or SAT rejected the stamp.
• Lambda is missing required fiscal fields.
• A payment complement does not match the parent invoice balance.
• A parent invoice is missing, pending, or not stamped yet.
• A credit note or cancellation is blocked by linked documents.
• Stamped files could not be delivered after stamping.

How to read the note

The note in Lambda states the issue first. For amount, balance, and exchange-rate issues, it may also show expected and received values. Use those values to identify which document or parent invoice does not match.

What Lambda needs

Lambda needs enough evidence to stamp the CFDI without changing the accounting source values. Depending on the issue, that evidence may be a missing fiscal field, a parent stamp ID, a parent invoice balance, payment method data, or exchange-rate detail.

What Lambda can do next

If Lambda can continue after review, the invoice workspace shows the available action, such as retry reconcile, retry stamp, or retry delivery. If the issue needs Jaantonio support, the note says so.
