Troubleshooting
Lambda needs Jaantonio support to review an internal or configuration issue.
Some pauses are not accountant review items.
Lambda could not start or recover a workflow, load required capture data, complete configuration, or finish an internal recovery step.
Continuing automatically could hide a system problem or create duplicate work. Lambda pauses so Jaantonio support can inspect the run, configuration, or stored data.
The note and invoice history give support the document ID, status, and failure class. Support may also review workflow runs, captured source data, or delivery logs.
If a retry action is safe, the workspace shows it. Otherwise, the document stays paused for Jaantonio support review.
